We understand that unexpected changes can happen. At Docy, we aim to make it easy and flexible for you to manage your appointment.
How to Cancel
You can cancel your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. To do so, simply reply to your confirmation email or contact our support team at support@docy.com with your name, booking details, and reason for cancellation. We will process your request and issue a full refund.
How to Reschedule
If you wish to change the time of your consultation, you can reschedule without any extra fee as long as you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Please email our team with your preferred new date and time. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on doctor availability.
Late Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may result in a partial or full charge, depending on the circumstances. This is to compensate for the reserved doctor time and preparation.
Missed Appointments
If you miss your consultation without prior notice, the session will be marked as a no-show and is non-refundable. We encourage you to let us know as early as possible if you’re unable to attend.
